About Me
Originally from Hong Kong,
I have spent years teaching yoga in studios, community centres, and teacher training programs.
My work has also included collaborations with NGOs, supporting seniors and community wellbeing through accessible yoga programs.
My interest in aromatherapy and psychology further deepened my approach to mind-body wellbeing,
allowing me to integrate scent, breath, and movement into my teaching
Teaching Approach
With a gentle and non-judgmental approach, I support students in navigating physical tension and emotional stress through mindful movement and breath.
I teach from a functional approach, honouring different body types and encouraging students to explore what works best for their own body, rather than focusing on achieving specific shapes.
My sessions are adapted to individual needs, supporting relaxation, self-awareness, and sustainable wellbeing.
